You must meet the minimum legal age and other statutory requirements in your jurisdiction to register and use our services. We reserve the right to verify your eligibility at any time.
Registration requires a valid mobile number and accurate personal details. Users must maintain the security of their login credentials. A non-refundable service fee may apply during registration as specified in the signup process.
Users must provide accurate information, keep login credentials secure, provide correct bank details, avoid fraudulent activity, avoid impersonation, avoid submitting false documents, comply with applicable laws, and use only their own account.
Users may participate through referral relationships. Network placement is determined by the registered sponsor/referral relationship, which is based on the canonical referral ID/code (your User ID). The Terms page does not generate or modify referral IDs.
The system supports up to 7 commission levels according to the configured plan. Level 8 and beyond are not commission-generating levels. Commission eligibility depends on the applicable system rules and transaction status. Commission values are not guaranteed income.
Wallet balances are associated with the authenticated user. Transactions are recorded by the system. Users should review transaction details regularly. Withdrawals are subject to applicable verification and system rules.
Users may add eligible bank account details for supported transactions. Users are responsible for entering accurate account holder name, bank name, account number, IFSC, and account type. Sensitive bank information is handled securely by the application.
Loan applications are subject to eligibility, verification, document submission, internal assessment, and applicable approval rules. Submission of an application does not guarantee approval.
Users may be required to submit documents for verification (e.g., PAN, Aadhaar, Bank Statement, Photograph) in accordance with the application's supported document types. Submission of documents does not imply automatic approval.
Prohibited activities include creating fake accounts, identity impersonation, fraudulent referrals, submitting false documents, unauthorized access, manipulation of network relationships, wallet manipulation, abusive or malicious activity, and attempts to bypass application security.
OMFINX may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts in accordance with applicable rules where there is fraud, misuse, security violation, false information, prohibited activity, or violation of these Terms.
Account, transaction, network, bank, and verification information may be processed as required to provide the service. For more details, please review our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes implies acceptance of the updated terms.
OMFINX provides services on an "as-is" basis and shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, subject to applicable laws.
